fruit: nectarines, plums, red grapes, pears, bananas
veg: mushrooms, black kale, green peppers, Hackney salad, cherry tomatoes, carrots, courgettes, onions, Amarosa potatoes

It’s the summer holidays at the moment so all food is quickly produced and consumed, so not a lot of time for looking for new recipes or trying things, and even less time to write it up, I’m afraid!

Classics we made were [1] mushroom barley bake, some [2] minestone, a salad paysanne with steamed potatoes and a [3] courgette risotto.
