Corriander, aubergine and broccoli spell Thai green curry in our house, so that will kick off the weekend.  The green chard will be used for [1] chard and ricotta pasta sauce, possibly as a filling for canneloni if I have the inclination to find some.

I like the idea of doing potato wedges with the Sante potatoes ,served with sweet chilli sauce, sour cream and guacamole.  They will go well with some bean burgers made using the carrots, and Hackney salad on the side.
