Lovely to have pak choi and jerusalem artichokes this week to ring the changes.  We will be having a jerusalem artichoke and bacon soup and probably do a tamarind and prawn noodle stir fry with the pak choi.

The celeriac will be made into a sort of remoulade to go with steak, baked potatoes and watercress.  The mushrooms will become creamy mushroom sauce for tagliatelle and the broccoli will go straight to the toddlers lightly steamed; they love eating trees!
